There are so many foods around that, although delicious, are incredibly bad for you. Sure we can understand some things-most fast food, for example, while super tasty to eat, provoke havoc on your internal system and add way too many calories to your fat stores. But what about all those foods that, on the exterior, appear to be wise choices? What about the meals that you order for your kids? Keep reading to learn what some of the worst things in the world are to feed to your family members (or yourself).



One of the most detrimental things in the world, contrary to popular belief is a dish of macaroni and cheese. The make-on-your-own kind that you can buy, like Annie's or Kraft, is pretty fine but the kind you order in a restaurant is not. The Kids Mac and Cheese meal that you buy in California Pizza Kitchen, to use one example, is incredibly bad! This one food weighs in at more than a thousand calories, in excess of sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and almost forty grams of saturated fat! That seriously isn't even the smallest bit healthy.

How often have you ordered a version of those frozen pot pies through the grocery store? These appear to be mostly healthful last minute meals but they are actually full of calories that you don't need. Stouffer's pot pies, to use one example, hold over eleven hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and nearly eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium. If you are endeavoring to shed pounds you could wind up eating all of your daily calories with just this one food item!

Most people assume that a vegetarian sandwich may well be the healthiest thing they can order through a fast food franchise. The truth is that due to the dressings and also other condiments that get added to them, they are often just as bad as something loaded with meat. When you order a vegetarian sandwich from Blimpies (as an example), you are ordering nearly twelve hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium.
